Immigration and you

As published on foxnews.com (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/06/18/obama-administration-file-suit-arizona-immigration-law/) the Obama adminstration has already decided, even though it hasn't fully read a ten page law yet, that it will be filing suit against Arizona.  This law suit is sure to bring up the issue of State's rights versus the federal government.

While many in the media would lead you to believe America is against Arizona's immigration policy, the opposite is true.  Poll after poll has show nearly sixty percent of Americans are in favor of Arizona's law and support it. The support of the law however means little to the current government because it has already proved that it cares nothing about the voice of the American people.

Now conerning the law itself lets look at a couple of key points.

What the Arizona Law says
What the Federal Law says

It is a illegal to be here illegally
Already does that

during a non related police stop can
 question immigration status

already does that

Makes it a crime to not possess ID
if you are an alien

already does that

Makes it Illegal for police to stop
 someone based on race

already does that

Why is it that our government is currently more interested in protecting illegal immigrants than enforcing our own laws.  The truth is the government has failed for decades to uphold the constitution of the United States under article 4 section 4 to keep our country free from invasion.  This unending flow of illegal immigrants is just that.  Instead of protecting us, instead of protecting the American people. the government is protecting the people that are putting us at danger.
